Wagamon’s West Shores

The Sussex Deluxe Model is a larger version of the Sussex Model with the same great amenities. Its first floor master suite has a large walk in closet. The master bathroom features a tiled shower. The breakfast area looks into the open, two-story great room. Upstairs are three more bedrooms, one with a walk in closet, and another full bathroom. Also, overlooking the great room is a loft area that is prefect for a study or home office. As an option, this loft area can be closed in and transformed into a fifth bedroom. A standard two-car garage completes the Sussex Deluxe Model.
